The 15 km long hiking route leads around the Ernsthofen municipal area. The beautiful Mostviertel can be admired at the viewpoints.

Opis trasy Great Ernsthofen circular hiking route
From the town center, go past a wonderful viewpoint to Loderleiten. Then march along the Meiss goods road over Vierkanter Holzner, Stölnöder, Modlgruber, and Pulverbauer to Aigenfließen. Continue to Kanning (cultural jewel St. Wolfgang's Church), past the Hansl chapel above Viehdorf to Altenrath, Weindlau, and Gaissing. Over the Uferstraße, you then return to Ernsthofen.

Near the highway exits Haag, St. Valentin, and Enns, follow the signs to Ernsthofen
Parkovanie
There are several parking lots in the municipality. Please follow the signs.
By train to Ernsthofen station (Kronprinz-Rudolfs-Bahn)
Tip autora
If the route is too long, you can hike from Altenrath above the Vierkanter Schmirl/Gaisweger to Haager Straße and back to the Ernsthofen town center.
