In the modern ambience of the old winery, the excellent autochthonous varieties such as Rotgipfler and Zierfandler can be sampled by the glass. There is also a wide selection of excellent slow food and organic products, the ingredients of which come from the region. If it tastes particularly good, you can stock up for home in the spaetzerei.
