All of the farm's vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of controlled and integrated production. This guarantees natural, intensive, yet gentle processing. Particular attention is paid to ensuring that all grapes are hand-picked and that only the estate's own grapes are processed, thus guaranteeing high quality. The range includes both white and red wines, as well as frizzante and grape juice. The high quality standards in viticulture continue at the wine tavern, which is open twice a year. Guests have the opportunity to taste and enjoy the excellent wines of the house with typical, homemade Heurigen specialties in the vaults of the historic winegrower's house or in the idyllic green courtyard.
