The organic model winery is known for its excellent white and red wines. The grape juice, sparkling wine and vinegar are also certified organic and vegan. The special thing is that the entire vineyard area has been cultivated organically for 30 years, which is something that very few wineries do today, no additional purchases, which means that mixing with conventional wines in the cellar is not even possible. We are not newcomers - we have been there from the start! Our excellent organic wines come exclusively from our own vineyards around the wine town of Langenlois. Some of them are tested for histamine.
