Biohof Mitterholz

The organic farm is located in Waidhofen an der Ybbs at the foot of the Schnabelberg at an altitude of 421 meters above sea level. The farm, which has been an organic farm since 1992, has 18 hectares of forest and 37 hectares of grassland with around 300 orchard trees. In addition to fruit processing, dairy cows are also kept. The direct marketing products are cider, fruit juice, cider, gin, frizzante, brandies and liqueurs. The Mitterholz organic farm also offers tasting opportunities and tours of the farm by appointment.
