The Zeidler are an innovative group of beekeepers from the Mostviertel region that was founded in 2015 as part of a Leader project on the Moststraße. The aim was to develop common quality standards and to present themselves professionally under a uniform word/image brand.
The member businesses come from the districts of Amstetten and Scheibbs; the current Zeidlermeister is Michael Pirker from Neustadtl an der Donau.
The core of the product range is high-quality Mostviertel honey, the diversity of which is impressively reflected by the different locations of the beekeepers. The range is complemented by specialties such as honey cider, mead (honey wine) and flower pollen.
