Anita Schiessler's winery is small but mighty. She cultivates her vineyards both in Ambach (municipality of Wölbling - Traisental wine-growing region) and on the so-called Lenkuschberg (municipality of Mautern - Krems Valley ("Kremstal") wine-growing region) in German. The fact that viticulture is their passion can be seen in the wines of the house, such as Grüne Veltliner, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Zweigelt. The second passion is the wine tavern, which the family has been running here, on the southern slopes of Fladnitztal Bay, since 1931. Originating from a traditional village tavern, the third generation now offers a wide selection of typical regional and homemade delicacies as well as a fine selection of wines.
