Christian and Brigitte Edelmann cultivate the 8 hectares of vineyards in Göttlesbrunn. In the cellar, Christian, a nature lover and quiet but humorous connoisseur, sees himself more as a craftsman than an artist. He makes honest, straightforward wines that taste good straight away.

Christian's passion is the "ace of the region", the Zweigelt. The winery fills around 25,000 bottles a year, which stand out with a large and easily recognizable "E" on the label.The family-owned wine tavern offers numerous homemade specialties in a stylish, feel-good atmosphere - alongside down-to-earth classics and refined dishes for contemporary culinary demands.
