A gem of a wine tavern! After a complete renovation in 2016, the entire restaurant exudes a real feel-good atmosphere. There is plenty of space in the old press house with its huge tree press or in the garden under the shady chestnut trees. The traditional Heurigen buffet with homemade hot and cold dishes is elaborately cooked: cabbage strudel, quiche with vegetables and roast beef are just a few of the highlights. Some Belgian specialties hint at the ancestry of Christian Schabl's mother. In addition to the "house variety", the Welschriesling, and other wines typical of the region, there are also specialties such as rosé sparkling wine and Belgian beer.

Since the renovation in 2016, our restaurant can accommodate around 120 people, the typical local courtyard and our well-tended natural garden for 250 guests. In our garden there is also a small, easily manageable playground for our younger visitors.

Enjoy a glass (or several) of our quality wines here with us. We also have an excellent alternative in the form of grape juice for motorists or anyone who likes it unfermented.

We have opened our wine tavern for you mostly in the months with odd numbers (January, March, May...).
