The processed grapes are produced with great care in our own vineyards on the Göttweiger Stiftsterrasse. The soils here are dominated by meter-high loess. However, gravel, primary rock and sandy-loamy soils can also be found. The microclimate here, with many warm days and cool nights, gives the wines their typical notes.
