Grüne Veltliner and Riesling are the winery's leading DAC varieties! Old vines grow on loess soils (Spiegel vineyard) and rolling gravel soils (Haid vineyard), guaranteeing exceptional DAC wines.The quality wines are also grown on rich loess soils in Gobelsburg and in the Langenlois area. The vineyards are cultivated close to nature in order to be in harmony with nature! In the cellar, the Schmid family attaches great importance to gentle processing so as not to distort the taste of the individual grape varieties!
