Lorenz Strobl's winery is characterized by a long winegrowing tradition, which is complemented by modern know-how and innovative technology. The Pannonian-influenced climate, sunny hills and clay and loess soils form the basis for the production of outstanding quality wines typical of the region. Careful foliage work and quality-oriented pruning contribute to the quality of the wines. The grapes are carefully processed in the modern winery. The white wines are fermented at a controlled temperature and matured in a fresh, fruity style with a harmonious sugar-acid ratio, predominantly dry. Temperature-controlled mash fermentation tanks and malolactic fermentation are used for red wine production. The combination of experience and love of wine, of motivation and innovation, guarantees the ever-increasing quality of the wines. Guests can taste the wines during the Open Cellar Days or arrange a personal tasting. The new tasting room or the sheltered terrace offer an ideal place to take a break.
