Winzerhaus Stur Biowein & Gästezimmer is a medium-sized organic farm that is characterized by its comfortable connection with the ecosystem. The transparency towards the guests and the manageable size of the business are characteristic. The winery, which is now in its fifth generation of family ownership, is located in Hohenruppersdorf in Lower Austria's southern Weinviertel region. Hohenruppersdorf is a typical wine village, nestled in the gently rolling hills of the eastern foothills of the Alps. Wine has been grown here for centuries. The mild Pannonian climate of the Austrian Weinviertel is famous and contributes significantly to the quality of the wines from the region. The certified organic farm benefits from these climatic conditions and the natural environment. Natural, gentle viticulture without the use of chemicals in the vineyards is a matter of course. The focus is exclusively on varieties typical of the region, whose respective characteristics are carefully worked out.
