Exploring herbs on a hiking tour at Hoechbauer, Family Weber

At the highest farm on Joachimsberg near Wienerbruck, Martha Weber leads groups of at least eight people through the farm's own herb garden several times a week. Those interested learn interesting facts about the local herbs - and then process them into a spread during a tea tasting after the one-and-a-half hour walk from the farm to the herb garden and back. The guided tours only take place in good weather.
