Opis trasy Altstadtrunde Tulln an der Donau
An ideal stage start is a visit to the tourism information center. Perfectly informed, we walk straight towards Minoritenkirche and Minoritenkloster. After the church, we turn right into a small alley to the Donaulände. A few meters away lies the Tulln guest harbor, and then we turn right towards the Nibelungen monument. Opposite the Donaubühne is the Egon Schiele Museum. Continuing straight ahead, we pass the Salzturm/Römerturm. Walking along the upper Donaulände, we reach the Marc Aurel equestrian statue. We cross the bridge and look at the former city wall and walk straight past the Stadtmuseum Tulln, which includes the Roman Museum & Virtulleum. About 100 meters away are the parish church St. Stephan and the Tulln charnel house. We walk straight up Wienerstrasse towards the city center and turn left at the Hermes fountain and then right after the Mariensäule. In the middle of the main square, we find the Trinity column and the district fountain. At the end of the main square, we turn right into the narrow alley up towards Minoritenkirche and reach our destination.
