Táto trasa vhodná pre rodiny začína pri hrade Eckartsau a vedie na juh cez Au na Dunajskú cyklotrasu (EV6). Cyklista prejde približne 6 km na západ, kým sa nedostane na križovatku Orth/Dunaj. Odtiaľ odbočte doprava na Orth, prejdite na bicykli okolo hradu a centra Národného parku a potom sa vráťte späť do Eckartsau po málo frekventovaných poľnohospodárskych cestách. Hrady Eckartsau a Orth odporúčame ako tipy na výlet.

Starting from Schloss Eckartsau, the route leads westwards along the Danube Cycle Path (Euro Velo 6) through the Donau-Auen National Park to Schloss Orth. On an area of 9,600 ha, the last large river floodplain landscape of Central Europe stretches here – an impressive natural area and the perfect backdrop for this leisurely family route. From Schloss Orth, you return to the starting point via field paths. At both castles, nature-oriented playgrounds invite you to linger and explore.
