Das idyllische Gasthof  "Zum Niederhaus" liegt direkt an der Via Sacra am ruhigen Traisenfluss und punktet mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und freundlichem Service. Die Zimmer sind alle geräumig und mit Kabel TV, Telefon und Internetzugang ausgestattet. Das Restaurant bietet neben österreichischer Hausmannskost und internationaler Küche auch vegetarisches und Diät- bzw. Schonkost an.

Tennis, Radfahren und Reiten werden direkt am Gasthof angeboten, in der Umgebung rund um St. Aegyd kann man herrlich wandern oder Ski fahren. Zum Entspannen stehen ein Naturkneippbecken und ein Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarotkabine und Whirlpool zur Verfügung.
